Barbadillo Manzanilla Pasada Solear Saca de Primavera 2022 (375ml)

This manzanilla is a prime example of the fruit of patience during the biological aging process. The Marco de Jerez panorama series began in 1999, the year in which Bodegas Barbadillo opted for bottling a wine “directly from the boot to the bottle”. In this way, the best of the traditions of Sanlúcar de Barrameda was recovered: long-term biological aging. The Cádiz winery offers quarterly bottlings coinciding with the start of each season. Each one of them is unique and inimitable, since they show the incredible evolution of the flor during the year.
